Ability to add new person to the Cost Tracker once the project was created.

At the moment, I'm not able to add a new person to the Cost Tracker.  It would be great to be able to add new people to the project even after the project was created. The Scope of Work is always changing and new people are joining the project - so adding new team members is a must!
