Force time entry in increments

Common feature from other tools is to be able to force that time is entered in increments or with a minimum increment, i.e. 15min.

Include sub-tasks in Epic report

Currently it is not possible to add sub-tasks into Epic report. Only option is to create custom filter and then report on that. It would be much better if there would be option to include sub-tasks similar to include tasks in epic.
