add "Project" filter in resources planner

Hi, Into resources planner, is this possible to add a project filter into the choice? We can't use the team filter as a project filter because a lot of resources work on every project we have.

Configurable automatic time increments

In our Tempo, we should not be logging anything other than 30 minute increments. The default using the Log Activities button matches the calendar time frame. There are productivity hacks that suggest only scheduling 20 minute or 50 minute meetings...

Ability to see a list of portfolios instead of tiles

Currently, the Portfolios view only list the existing portfolios in a grid with clickable tiles. This works great when you don't have that many portfolios, but becomes easily hard to consult at a glance. A simple list toggle option would be amazing!

Have more than 100 issues in the issue picker panel filtered by JQL

The current design is that Tempo Timesheets show the first 100 results in the issue picker panel filtered by JQL. Ideally, there should be more than 100.
