UI/UX - My_work view - Move the "Delete" icon (on hover) away from the middle (or even outside of the time block) - to reduce accidental deletion of the time blocks

Flexible period picker in Time and Expense Report

Being able to select specific periods in the Time and Expense Report under Account would be helpful to view Time and Expenses over Quarter or selected period.
