Add start and end time to the Tempo Tracker gadget

I can have multiple cases per day ( a lot sometimes) and cpould use start and endtime to be viewble and editable in the gadget Tempo trackers. For me it simply takes too much time registering under the current possibilities we have

imited permissions on accounts in reports

User would like the ability to hide the contents of tickets when setting up a report. They would like the ability to provide the permissions to view all worklogs and only view issue hours in the reports.
