Have total worked hours at the timesheet view

After the new UI design, the total hours logged is gone from the upper right corner. It would be nice to have it back since it is more convenience to verify the total hour logged instead of running additional reports

An issue Plan should be automatically removed from Tempo Planner when an issue is deleted
