Teams linked to the project to be listed at the top in the team selection drop-down

User would like the ability to have Teams linked to a project to be listed at the top of the Team selection drop-down menu when both creating and editing an issue.

Instead of creating a project using a JQL filter use components

In Cost Tracker, creating a Cost Tracker project against Component isn't impossible. Right now you use Jira filters, but it would be beneficial to use component straightforward

Allow Logged time Reports to be able to filter by components. Currently, the only way to filter by component is by JQL filter.

Deny logging time on certain issue types

Users are allowed to log time on certain issue types but not others. We need a way in Tempo to make it possible.
