Show the "Closed until" date in the Tempo Scheduler configuration

Have option to manage expense / revenue type

Currently anyone that has access to a folio can add a revenue or expense type. Problem is that there is no way to manage / restrict access to this. Customers end up with lists that have the same "type" written multiple ways / time.

Improve language support in the log time dialogue

The log time dialogue has a poor word wrap in some other languages than English, in this example in German. An improvement is needed so words are wrapped properly in any supported language.

Different submit periods per team (Server/DC)

As it is now we have teams that need to submit their time report weekly and other teams that need to have it monthly. Current settings do not allow for differentiation between teams.
