Utilization percentage should consider team join/end date

Currently the logged time report does not take the team start/end date into consideration when calculating the Utilization percentage.

UI Preference for Date Picker and Time Display should apply to Cost Tracker

The new feature that allows you to select your date picker format and time format (e.g. 24 hour or 12 hour clock) is fabulous. It would be wonderful if the setting applied to Cost Tracker.

Enable SAML SSO for Tempo Server mobile app

Please enable clould Idp authentication to Tempo Server mobile app. At the moment only possible way is to use basic authentication which is considered insecure way. Not even bearer token will work at the moment.
