Ability to Configure Fiscal Calendar as a 2nd Period in Tempo Timesheets

It is necessary to run a monthly timesheet reports to the fiscal calendar. As such, I need to ability to set-up these periods for reporting as well as utilizing the tempo scheduler add-on....otherwise I need to move to weekly reporting, which is excessive for our needs
