Calculate planned time over a period based on a users % utilisation/allocation (50, 100 etc) per day

Hi,

What would be great is if planned time against a ticket could be made for a period - Start Date to Due Date (End) with a % utlisation/allocation of time for the period per day eg 50%, 100% and it also takes into consideration Holidays etc.
