Request to add filter on "Logged/Required" Columns. ( "Reports >>Log Time")

Our Team would like to filter less than 50 % on "Logged/Required" Columns.

Could you please advise, how to achieve this using "Reports >>Log Time".

This feature will help the team to filter the employee who spent more time
