developers and consultants plan tasks and orders ( stories, epics) for customers.
for this a task is planned with begin, end date and total hours.
when the plan is changed - eq should be done in another week or month OR the task is streched - from 2 weeks to 3 weeks the system changes the hours / day and the total amount of planned hours is changed.
our employees have to update the total amount again and again.
they are not satisfied - some are angry and we have troubles with the acceptance of the tool.
especially when stretching tasks the initial total amount of hours should be kept. and the daily hours should be calculated from this.
