Currently, the filters in the Teams view for Member, Lead and Program are sorted by order of creation not alphabetically. This makes it difficult to find things without doing a search. It would be much easier for users and admins to search if this was in alphabetical order.
In addition, the ability to sort columns in both Teams and Program view would be really helpful. It appears that the UI is different in Teams view (alphabetical by name but not sortable) vs. Programs view (not alphabetical nor sortable).
