When there's many teams in the instance, the Team field when creating issues will return a maximum of 50 results, but these results do not consider the teams linked with the project as a priority to be shown, so eventually in these 50 results, some of the linked teams will not appear.
This is easier to happen when theres a name pattern in the Teams, so if the team expected is the 51st in the order it will not appear in the dropdown, even if linked with the selected project.
I could find that the results are in alphabetic order, but the teams linked to projects are priority, so if theres 89 teams starting with "The A..." and 1 starting with "The B", the team starting with "Team B" will appear in the list if 40 teams are not linked with any projects.
