Improve the Planning view

  • Today in the planning view it is very time consuming to choose tasks the right task / sub task from an Epic.

  • it is also not possible to see the Planning for a whole Epic or multiple Eppics.


My request is to improve the planning view that you can

  1. View all tasks / sub-tasks from an Epic

  2. Choose on or multiple Epics in a Filter and show all planned tasks / sub-tasks in the planning grid additionally to the users and roles


The overall goal is to be able to plan easily for a whole Epic and see tasks / sub-tasks from other Epics. This is today only possible through a complicated mix of the Planned Report and the Planning View. The filter possibilities from the Planned Report is really great and should also be similar available in the Planner View.

    Agree that it would be extremely helpful to be able to filter Planner by epic. This would allow you to quickly see the team currently assigned to a specific epic. Having to flip back and forth between Planner and Reports is overly difficult to complete a simple task.
