I want to be able to save my filters on the Manage Portfolios sreen

Whenever I create a filter on the Manage Portfolios screen, it is removed the next time I visit this screen. It would be great if my filters can be remembered.
Also it would be very helplful if I can search on part of the folio name instead of always having to search for the whole name
