Don't update start/end times when changing the other when duration is set.

Only reproducible if duration is set (which happens automatically) and the start time is changed. It will auto change the end time.

I believe this to be poor UI design, as anyone changing the explicit times likely cares more about the time interval than the time duration. Auto changing the end time makes sense when duration is modified, but duration shouldn't be forced when manual changes are made to start/end.
