Filters are not consistent through out the product for example in Planned Time report and Plans vs. Actuals and the Resource Planning view.
It would be nice to pull up the same filters in the Reports and in the Planning view so you can get a consistent view of your resources through different views.

Also need to filter by issues' status (to do, in progress, completed...)
Also need projects in the planner filter, that's a big miss!
What we're after is this: currently in "Planning" one can filter on Team, User, Role. We'd like to be able to filter on Release(s), Sprint(s), Epic(s), Stories(s) etc.
