It would be useful for project management purposes to see Billable Hours directly on the JIRA ticket Issue View. Right now, tickets list the Logged Time, Estimate Time, and Remaining Time in the Time Tracking drop-down listed on right side margin of the ticket - but to complete the time reporting, also listing the Billable Hours would be very helpful and great feature enhancement.
I realize these hours can be generated via a Tempo Report, but the ability to quickly assess ticket progress towards budgeted Billable Hours would be helpful.

Documentation: Displaying the Tempo Panel on the Right
Note: This issue affects Tempo on Jira Cloud as well.
The bars in the Tempo Panel should also make more obvious whether they apply to the opened issue only or also to its child-issues (for Epics) or subtasks (especially for Story-level issues) or both. Currently, there is only a toggle for sub-tasks in Story-level issues.

The bars in the Time Tracking section currently show Estimated, Remaining and Logged time. The original topic of this idea is to add Billable time there as well. I support this suggestion strongly, but I believe there are other issues with the Tempo Panel, the bar charts in particular.
It feels like the bars would be possible to be combined in a common diagram, similar to the progress and total Σ progress fields, since they are basically inverted.

The bars in the Collaborators section show the logged time in relation to the planned time for individual users. If the logged time is larger than the planned time (e.g. "64h / 40h"), it's always showing a full bar. The bars for all users are the same widths, which can be confusing. There should be a chart with the totals, i.e. the sums of all user tiems.
