super-user” in Cost Tracker Merged 

A user who can manage all the cost tracker projects even if they do not have permissions and do not have it shared. When creating the project by Api Rest we can only put one owner and we depend on that user sharing with all other users.

    in order to be able to use Cost Traker automations, this functionality is essential.
