Stop spanish default task descriptions in timesheet exports

We have contractors who log their time in Jira on tasks and speak Spanish. We have found if they leave the description blank but have their language set to Spanish in Jira that it adds Spanish in the description by default about a task logged. This requires our team before sending reports to clients to have to clean up the Spanish and translate it all. It would be nice to remove the default text, or change a setting on how that is saved in a certain language no matter what another Jira user has their language set to.
