Allow to add groups instead of individual users in Tempo Teams/Permissions

Within Tempo Teams/permissions, it would be interesting to have the possibility to select an existing group in front of a specific permission, rather than add manually all users belonging to such existing group.

This would allow to save some time.

    This is definitely much needed, especially for big teams and when you use Atlassian Access and group provisioning for user automation.
