Add custom attributes (like worklog attributes in Timesheet) in Planner

Add custom attributes (like worklog attributes) in Planner.

Also add Dynamic Dropdown because planned technical intervention depends on the customer's location, so I need to select this value (that come from a REST API implemented in my ERP).

    In orther to automate processes, it is essential to be able to have access to this functionality.
