Add the option to Calculate the total logged time shown on an Epic with the time spent of sub-task

Currently, the Total Time showed on the Epic ticket does not count the sub-task.

It would be great to have the same functionnality as on the task level to also add the sub-task Time.

Otherwise, we do not have the full time information!

I think that this is very important for epic overview. Please consider implementation.

This is a fundamental requirement, the ability to see the rolled up time is imperative
