We are adding a lot of issues throughout the day and rely on cost tracker to tell us where we are at with budget. The problem is, we have to manually sync the new issues. We literally have to hire a person whos job it is to go into cost tracker and "sync" it. It takes about 30-1 hour a day to sync all the clients. If it could auto sync, we wouldn't need to do this.
