Custom "Work Attribute" capability is very half-powerful but the lack of any ability to generate a Tempo report that summarizes work log data by custom work attribute is a significant gap. Reporting on service delivery hours every week requires this breakdown by account and by work attribute and we are forced to export the data to generate our own pivot tables - manual work that has to be repeated every week for every project. Tempo Reports that display these subtotals and can easily be shifted week-by-week would save us hundreds of hours per year!
