Option to Limit Outlook/Google App to only use the meeting title in the issue description

Currently the Timesheet Calendar App takes the complete meeting email including all the MS Teams login information and populates the work log description with a lot of useful information. Can an option to only use the meeting Title/Subject please be implemented.
