Similar as adding an expense with a category, we'd really need an option to add a revenue that is not linked to worklogs. For example, part of our revenue comes from renting our certain servers, that would be a fixed revenue fee. Without this feature, cost tracker does not properly replace budgets for us.

Couldn't agree more. Fixed revenue is also crucial for those receiving funds as specified earlier in a contract (fixed amount).
