Percentage of the "Progress" field can exceed 100% when time spent is exceeded

currently, when we have exceeded the original time for task -> it shows 100%, which is not correct since it is possible that we've exceeded the time in more than 20% and it shows 100. i wish it could show 120% to get an accurate status.
