Synchronize teams with JIRA groups Merged

Tempo allows you to bulk upload users through JIRA user groups, however, if the members of this group change Tempo does not update their status, forcing you to keep the users in two different places.

This for a large organization where there are daily additions and deletions of users is unsustainable.
