Add hours of a task under an epic

Now Tempo makes a summation of the hours of a subtask and trace it in the parent task.

I open this ticket to propose that this same action be done also for epics.

When an epic has one or more tasks or stories it should sum up those tasks that have estimated or recorded hours in the subtasks.

This way the manager can have more complete information in the reports and know quickly the consumption per epic/phase.
