Add the Split work item function to Team view

On Server(DC) You can split work items in the planner view. On cloud there are two new views, Team and Resource. In Resource you can still split items, although you have to each each person's plan, however in Team you cannot do this. Can you apply this feature to team view.

    I need to split a team plan.
    For exemple, from 26th june to 30th june, I can only used 0.4 ressource for a projet but from the 1st july to the end of the month, I can block 1 ressource.

    I understand that for the moment it’s not possible but it could be very helpful
