Planner API Return specific time of Start Date and End Date

We use the Tempo Planning API to write planned time to our Office365 Calendars.

Presently we are only able to get Start Date and End Date of Planned Time from the API and not the Start Time and End Time.

At this Point we can only create full day Calendar entries in Office365 Calendar.
