Bulk edit any Work Attributes

At the moment it is only allowed to bulk edit Billable Hours and Account attibutes of a worklog.

It would be very useful to bulk edit any work attributes in a worklog.

    Please merge with https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-3000 to have one big idea with many votes - maybe it will be delivered faster
