Synchronize Tempo Teams with Atlassian/Jira Teams

Atlassian has teams as well, which can be used for less specific assignments for instance. It’s difficult for users to understand their difference from Tempo Teams. It would be nice if the latter could automatically become available as the former, so they could be at-mentioned for instance.
