Allow reports to include data from inactive/deleted user accounts

We would like reports to include data from user accounts that have been deleted or de-activated.

Is this really still unsolved for cloud? I know that on server you cannot create a report with selecting inactive / deleted users - but you can create a report for e.g. a project and this will also include the hours of a deactivated / deleted user. This is the way we use for our hours-based invoices - on server.

This needs to be a no brainer, no discussion.

Everyone who works in a serious business environment needs this.

Agree with people saying this is a bug, I'm unable to get accurate numbers for long-term projects.

    Hello,

It would be great to see timesheets from inactive users in Tempo (with a filter ?). In some organization, all the time tracking is based on Tempo and sometimes we need to review the data from the last 4-6 weeks. So, if a user is deleted/inactive during this period, we cannot generate report for these users...

    hi,

This is a common request from our costumers as specially for hour based projects, we still need to know what was the time used by deactivated or deleted accounts

Whenever a user is deleted, there should be an feature to still have their Timesheets accessible for the next few months.

Agreed with Manuel - this is a BUG in a primary usecase of Tempo Timesheets.

Our Project Managers also need this functionality for employees who have left the company. We are using AD sync, so when the account is deleted in AD, the Jira account is marked inactive, and we can no longer create reports for those accounts without a workaround.

We need this feature also for the invoicing process – but for Tempo Server. Sometimes when we work on big projects, these are invoiced only every few months. So if a team member works on a project and for example leaves the company before invoicing was done, we have a problem. And since there is a license limit, depending on the current number of employees, we may be not able to re-activate an additional user.

We also have a need to be able to report retrospectively on timesheet data as this data is used for invoice generation.

I did not know about this. The marketing says a nice scenario is when you need to invoice the hours. So how is a company invoicing the hours from a person who left the team? This is not a feature request this is a bug.
