Planning and Allocating time in Weekly and Percentage option

Hi Team - Pls find the below requirement

1) a weekly option and a monthly option added to the existing daily and total options available and

2) Allow % of time to be entered. So rather than look at it as "weekly" as the above its just what ever you select as the drop down daily, weekly, monthly total (as per point #1), the improved functionality will allow you to enter either HH & MM (like today) but also a % of time (from 1% to 100%)
