Planning should allow to associate account

Please allow time plans to be associated with the attribute account. This would allow out of the box reports in terms of FTE's planned time per account (which is not necessarily the same information as planned time per project). In particular, this is relevant if you use a billable and a non-billable account to track effort for your clients.
