Option to remember when "include sub-tasks" is un-selected in Time Tracking

The Time Tracking View always sets the "include sub-tasks" option active.
It is active again after a refresh, even after it's been un-selected.
Users would like to have the option to remember when "include sub-tasks" is un-selected.
