We would like to be able to archive teams that we are not using anymore.
Currently, when we delete a team, we lose any historical data on the "Manage Staff".
Our current workaround is the following :
Rename the team with a specific prefix so it goes at the end of the list, and remove permissions; it is not a clean solution, and it generates a lot of clutter at the end of our team list.

Hello everyone, thank you for your feedback. We know this idea has been open for a while, and we appreciate your patience.
We’re excited to share that we’re now working on this feature in Timesheets for Jira Cloud and would like early input on our approach. If you’re open to a quick call, we’d value your feedback and hope you can find a time that works for you here.
We’ll keep you posted as we move forward.
Thank you,

Hi everyone, I see this item is planned. Can we get an estimate when it will be available? Thanks
We have currently more than 60 teams which we would need to archive. This is an urgent feature and it's been months without any response.
Hi Tempo team, it's getting unbearable to manage without this feature. This should be a fairly simple change and we would appreciate very much to get it soon.
Hi everyone,
We are facing an issue with managing inactive teams.
While I do have the ability to delete teams (as Jira Admin), I cannot do so due to company policy, as they contain historical data that must be retained. At the same time, we do not want these inactive teams to appear in the general list of active teams.
So, it would be great to have the ability to archive teams as well.
Thanks!
Totally support this idea!
We are doing exactly the same workaround (prefix _ARCHIVED_).
This would be very important for us as well. It shouldn't be a lot of trouble doing this as a similar solution is already there for Accounts.
