Disable AI suggestions for the Issue Picker

In my company, we log time in sub-tasks, which seems not properly supported by your AI-powered Issue Picker. I mean, I actually never receive relevant suggestions, and just crowd the list.

Please add a parameter to disable those suggestions in the Issue Picker.
