add an option that allows customers to override the default logic and customize the hierarchy levels with Sync with Jira.
Currently Team plans are synced with hierarchy 1 or above issue types (Epics and other high-level tasks like Features or Initiatives). Individual plans are synced with hierarchy 0 or below issue types (Stories and small tasks like Bugs or Tasks).

This would also be wanted by us. Specifically, we'd like to have the ability to also plan work items on level 0 or below (Tasks, Stories, Bugs) to a team. Our usescase is that we do middle-term planning to teams and the project managers pick the needed team ahead of time. The actual developer should only be chosen at a later stage, during sprint refinements.
This is basically the same functionality as a generic resource - having tasks in Jira with just a team should still create an individual plan to the "unassigned" (or generic?) user in the team that is linked there.
