Change planned time by drag and drop within "Planning" (for days)

Within “Planning” for days I would like to extend or decrease the time of planned issues like I’m able to extend the planned time for weeks over several days.
In addition I would like to change the start time by drag and drop the issue up or down like in the Time view for “My Work”.

This would make handling of planned issues much easier.
