Tempo Ideas

Requesting improvements to Tempo Role picker:

1. A multi-select picker on the Jira issue creation screen that displays all Tempo roles, with a dedicated line for inputting hours per role.

2. The ability to map the selected roles and hours from the role picker to Tempo for capacity planning and reporting.

For clarification, not asking for Tempo to control the Jira issue creation transition itself.

The ask is for Tempo to provide a custom field in Jira that would function as a role picker, displaying all Tempo roles and allowing users to select multiple roles and input hours per role. This custom field could then be added to the Jira issue creation screen (and other relevant screens).

Ideally a field that works similarly to the Project Picker field, but instead of searching for projects, it would search for and display all available Tempo roles.
