Account field on sub-issues should be set from parent Merged

Currently the Account field on sub-issues are not set from parent.

This is set from parent on Server, but not Cloud.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    We are currently working on our roadmap for the next quarters, and making it easier for our customers to categorise time tracking and planning data across Teams and Accounts, and the accuracy of this information, are some of the things we are prioritising. I'm promoting this to Likely to implement for the time being.
