We have an Enterprise wide Jira instance used by multiple business units in our organization. We have Tempo timesheets plug-in already and we are in the process of procuring Tempo capacity planner plug-in as well so that planning and logging work is done through the same plug-in. We like the fact that we get planned time report and planned vs actuals reports with capacity planner along with logged time report from timesheets. We are majorly looking for planned vs actuals report and further in addition to this, we's like to have the below capacilities.
Option to limit/restrict the planning time for self and others to specific projects
API options to fetch the planned time and logged time including the details of different collaborators that have logged time on individual issues
API options to fetch the roll-up of planned and logged time reports
