Currently, report subscriptions in Time Tracker for Jira can only be viewed and managed by the user who created them. Administrators do not have visibility over all active subscriptions across the instance.
This limitation causes issues when:
A report subscription is created by a user but sent to a shared mailbox (e.g., finance@company.com).
The original subscription owner is unknown, inactive, or no longer in the company.
Admins need to audit or clean up recurring reports but cannot identify the subscription owners.
Suggested improvement:
Provide an admin-level panel where site or Jira administrators can:
View all active report subscriptions across the instance.
See who created each subscription, when it was last run, and the recipients.
Edit, disable, or delete subscriptions without needing to impersonate users.
Impact:
This would greatly improve governance, reduce time spent impersonating users, and help organizations manage compliance when distributing time tracking reports via email.
