Currently, the Tempo Cloud REST API endpoint
GET /4/teams/{teamId}/members
only returns active team members.

There is no parameter or alternative endpoint to list inactive members (those with a “leaving date” or previously removed from the team).

For reporting, synchronization, and audit purposes, it would be very helpful to have an API that returns all team memberships, including active and inactive ones, or to support a query parameter such as ?active=false or ?includeInactive=true.

Please consider adding this functionality to the Tempo Cloud API.
