Allow full JQL query to be expanded by default in "Custom Charts Simple Search" gadget

The "Custom Charts Simple Search" gadget collapses long JQL queries by default, requiring users to click to expand. I’d like an option to keep the full query visible without that extra step, to improve usability for dashboard users.
